DESCRIPTION:L’intelligence artificielle consiste à mettre en œuvre un ensemble de techniques afin de permettre aux machines d’imiter une forme d’intelligence bien réelle. Ce domaine est en forte croissance dans les entreprises ces dernières années\, laissant entrevoir une véritable révolution du management. \nCet outil est pertinent dans une organisation qui souhaite faire des analyses variées comme anticiper le comportement d’un utilisateur\, évaluer le prix d’un bien\, d’une prestation ou d’un risque. Connaitre à l’avance ces informations permet d’adopter une action sur mesure vis à vis du client\, de mieux gérer son budget ou de faciliter une prise de décision stratégique. \nLà où un choix\, une suggestion ou une expertise doit être faite se basant sur un historique il est possible de créer un algorithme intelligent qui se nourrira du passé afin d’en prédire l’avenir. Grâce à des avancées majeures dans le domaine\, les réseaux de neurones sont utilisés massivement par les entreprises en 2018 pour représenter un marché de 1.7 trillion de francs suisses\, soit une hausse de 70% sur l’année précédente. (Gartner) \nL’objectif principal du cours est d’expliquer aux participants ce qu’est le deep learning et comment l’utiliser dans des problèmes de classification directement utilisables dans une organisation. \n\n\nObjectifs\nC’est une approche basée sur la pratique. \nAfin de maximiser l’expertise du participant en sortie de ce séminaire\, les thèmes traités sont les suivants :\n-Les réseaux de neurones\n-Les différentes fonctions d’activation et leur utilisation selon les besoins.\n-La fonction de coût.\n-Le mécanisme de retro-propagation.\n-Le gradient descent stochastique.\n-Analyse des prédictions et évaluation des modèles.\n-Techniques d’amélioration des prédictions.\n-Les pièges à éviter. \nDes fichiers génériques sont fournis aux étudiants afin qu’ils puissent  s’ils le désirent commencer à faire des projets sans rajouter de code. Google’s Deepmind Alphago algorithm beat the second best player of the game of Go in 2016 after several months of training. A revised version of this algorithm reached superhuman capabilities in the game of Go\, shogi and chess in 34 hours in December last year. The speed of this technological growth is exponential and the proliferation of this technology in both vertical and horizontal. This raises alarming prospects about the potential malicious uses of this technology and the way to prevent them.
